There’s a mural dedicatd to the memory of Russel Jones on the corner of Franklin and Putnam in BedStuy. Unfortunately, there is some coward / pussy  who is opposed to the idea of immortalizing this influential figure in his own neighborhood, and as a result the mural has been defaced repeatedly. This is how you should remember it:

 

 

The legacy of The Ol’ Dirty Bastard is one that is not meant to be understood / appreciated by everyone… But one would hope that, at the very least, everybody could respect life despite of lifestyle.

The Special Recession

Wow. The older A-Ron gets, the better his parties get. I gotta admit, when I heard about the Recession Special, I figured it was for his birthday so it woulda been some type of “Mister Rogers” themed bullshit art party with nothing but corny / art-collector / “I’m too rich to have fun in public” attendees. But to my surprise, it turned out to be a really good OG NYC loft party…. On some Studio 54 type shit. There was mad alcohol, women, drugs and all sorts of other shit that has no business being broadcasted over the innanet.
